We are pleased to be associated with your esteemed organization in relation to the casino business for our companies in Goa “Delta Corp Limited (Deltin Royale), Highstreet Cruises & Entertainment Pvt Ltd (Deltin JAQK), Delta Pleasure Cruise Company Pvt Ltd (Deltin Caravela) on the terms and conditions stated hereinafter in the attached annexure. You will provide Casino potential direct clientele for the above-mentioned Casinos by means of issuing Casino Referral Vouchers to your customers/guests. These vouchers will have special deals for your guests. Based on the number of guests visiting our casinos with the referral voucher, will be given a commission of 5% as per the prevailing entry package tariffs. <h5 style='text-align:center;'>ANNEXURE</h5> <h6>Inclusions in the Tariff:</h6> <ul> <li>All government taxes</li> <li>Feeder Services</li> <li>General entertainment for the day</li> <li>Unlimited food and beverages from 07:30 PM – 01:00 AM</li> <li>Jain Food available.</li> <li>Alcohol will be served as per entry (Premium/VIP)</li> <li>The Referral vouchers cannot be utilized on special days/events like January 1, January 26, Holi, Valentine’s Day, August 15, Dussehra, Diwali and black out period from December 31 till January 1, and any other days notified by the management as per its sole discretion.</li> <li>The Guest will have to avail the above offer by displaying the referral voucher code on their phone and pay for their entry at our Deltin Casinos boarding jetty only.</li> </ul> Terms & Conditions of the entry Vouchers: <h6>Deltin Royale</h6> Complimentary entry for children aged 5 and below Age groups of 6 - 17 are charged Rs 1,250 per person (no service charge) Age groups of 18 - 20 are charged Rs 1,250 per person (no service charge) <h6>Deltin JAQK</h6> Complimentary entry for children aged 5 and below Age groups of 6 - 17 are charged Rs 1,000 per person (no service charge) Age groups of 18 - 20 are charged Rs 1,000 per person (no service charge) <ul> <li>Patrons must be 21+ to access gaming floors</li> <li>A valid government photo identity must be presented before coming on board.</li> <li>Dress Code: For Men – Permitted: Formals/Smart Casual. Not Permitted: Shorts, Sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, chappals. For Women: No Restrictions</li> <li>Wearing a face mask is mandatory without which entry will not be granted.</li> <li>Before entry is granted, a temperature check will be mandatory. If your temperature is above 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit entry to the casino will not be permitted and we recommend that you kindly consult a doctor.</li> <li>A valid government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting onboard. Passport is a must for all international guests coming to Deltin Royale and they will have to furnish the same upon request.</li> <li>Right to admission is reserved with the management.</li> <li>Kids Room is closed.</li> <li>The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather & sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of the guest’s safety & comfort.</li> <li>Photography and Videography are not allowed on any floors on the Vessel.</li> <li>Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.</li> <li>If any guest is found with Covid – 19 symptoms or found breaking Deltin Covid-19 protocols on any “Deltin Casinos”, management reserves the right to request the guest to leave the premises.</li> <li>Sky Bar is closed during monsoons and rough weather. Entry to the same is restricted during the said period.</li> <li>People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry onboard or into any “Deltin Casinos”.</li> <li>Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are in an inebriated state. People found in an inebriated state onboard or at any “Deltin Casinos” will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the Management. The said Guest is liable to pay damages and cleaning charges to Deltin Casinos.</li> <li>Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from “Deltin Casinos” in case of unruly or disruptive behaviour.</li> <li>Management reserves the right to close any open deck or any other area due to unfavourable weather conditions or private bookings.</li> <li>No refund will be processed in case of unavailability of any open deck due to private function, weather conditions or any untoward situation.</li> <li>Debit and Credit cards used for transaction at the casinos should have the name of the cardholder and should be supported by an original government issued identity proof.</li> <li>Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.</li> <li>International cards are not accepted.</li> <li>The above terms and conditions are subject to change as per Management’s decision.</li> <li>Any two offers of Deltin Group cannot be clubbed together.</li> <li>Rights to admission reserved by management.</li> <li>Either of us may, at any time during the one-year period, discontinue with the arrangement as envisaged herein, after giving a prior written notice of 30 (THIRTY) days to the other, without being obliged to give any reason for such discontinuation/termination.</li> <li>Upon the termination of this agreement, your username and password will be made inactive.</li> <li>Disputes if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Panaji, Goa.</li> </ul>
